During your first visit you'll meet with one of our Life By Design Doctors to review your case.

Following your consultation, if the Doctor feels an examination is warranted, comprehensive testing will be performed to determine the nature of your problem and if we can help.

Four ears are always better than two. Bring someone involved in your health decision making process.After watching the above video, compile pertinent information that'll help the Doctor best understand your case and your health goals. Please come ten minutes early to fill out your New Patient Application.Children are almost always welcome in our practice! This visit is a rare exception.

In the case an examination is warranted:

Men please wear a t-shirt.

Women please wear a tank top.

Expect to be in the office for approximately 60 minutes.
